¿Cuando hubo una marcha o huelga para evitar que esto pasase? ¿Alguna vez
vieron a Fabio Chávez advertir sobre los apagones?<br>
Creo que al ICE le está pasando las mismas en energía que le pasa en
telecomunicaciones: Nos está llevando al atraso y no al desarrollo. <br>
Queremos respuestas, no habladas.<br>
